Records Request

Boulder Valley School District uses Scribbles K12 Transfer for all school-to-school records requests. Please visit the link above and make an account. Once it's verified, you can submit your request via the K12 Transfer portal. We will gather your requested records and save them in the portal, which will notify you when your request is filled.
If you are a parent/guardian requesting records on behalf of a future school, please refer your new school to the link above, so the school can request them directly. This service provides a secure transfer and replaces emailing sensitive date. No email requests or paper requests will be accepted.

Release of Student Information
Per District policy and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 year of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian or responsible person without a Consent for Release form signed by the student.
