"Exercise is more than just physical, it's therapeutic." -Michelle Obama

Hey Team! I am coming to you from New England, where I was born and raised. I grew up in Mystic, Connecticut, running, biking, surfing and enjoying the sunshine at the beach. After high school, I studied Physical Education and Health Education at Springfield College in Massachusetts, where I played field hockey for four years and graduated a Captain and All-American.

My first year at Centennial is my fifth year of teaching physical education to middle school students. I teach because I have a true passion for PLAY!

YES, I am a NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS fan, and yes, I also like the Red Sox, the Bruins, and the Celtics. I moved to Colorado a year ago, to shred the powder of course! I learned how to ski over the winter, and I am hooked! I also enjoy hiking, camping, playing tennis, running, listening to music, and reading. I live in Louisville with my boyfriend and our Australian Cattle Dog, Monty. I am so happy to be joining the Centennial community, and I can't wait to get to know my students and their families. Thanks for welcoming me with open arms!
